STYLE/ My Favourite Things

Here is a little list of my favourite fashion items, from my
favourite fancy dresses to my favourite retro sunglasses,
I'm sure there is a little bit for everyone here. Most of my
favourites tend to be Australian labels, but luckily most of
them can be bought online, YAY!




Love it or leave it?



These gorgeous lilac sunglasses are the ultimate addition to any outfit,
or for a stroll down to the shops of course. With so many ray ban style
sunglasses around, these really stood out to me, the clear frame with
that lovely colour, if I were a rockstar I'd definately wear these as my
'token' look.

When one of your all time favourite artist's (Damien Hirst) and an all
time classic clothing label (Levi's) get together to make babies, the
outcome is bright, fun, 60s and a little Andy Warhol-ish, but all
together, darn brilliant. Damien Hirst's designs for Levi's are made
up of vibrant coloured skulls, rock'n'roll style tshirts and great denim
jeans with cool embellishments. This is one of my favourite artist/brand collaborations in a while.





This gorgeous rhinestone snake necklace really caught my attention,
it is big sparkly and in the shape of one of my most favorite and
'deadly thought in sighting' animals, the gorgeous snake. I could
picture this sparkly necklace worn both in the daytime and night time.
In the day I could see the necklace worn with a t shirt and khaki style
jacket and at night with a simple black dress. This necklace is both
unusual, seductive and charming and would be a wish to own

Every girl needs a gorgeous little black dress and to me this is the
dress that could be worn to any event. It is modern, classic,
different and just really gorgeous. The hemline is just the right
length to be sexy and the gathered tulle sleeves just add a bit of
a modern mysterious twist. I believe this dress would suit most

women, just pair it with a set of hot black heels and I think this
would be a perfect eye catching dress.

I am a huge shoe fan, but I am more a fan of cool individual shoes,
rather then the latest 'it' expensive designer shoe. When I cam
across these awesome ankle boots, I immediate fell in love, they
reminded me of something James Dean would have worn. For today's
style I could picture these thick black boots worn with some black
stockings and shorts or a floral dress. These beautiful boots were
designed between the team made up of an interior designer and a shoe
designer. The round toe and thick shiny buckle are just perfect.

Once again one of my favourite Australian labels 'Chip Chop' have
come out with a brilliant new design (well a whole bunch of them really).
This cute little tote bag is the perfect size for most any occasion, to
carry your lunch and books to work, to carry your text books to school
or to hold those extra pieces of clothing and makeup for a night out.
They are sturdy, hot and one of a kind. Whenever I wear my Chip
Chop bags around, I always get more comments on my bag then you
could even imagine.

FASHION NEWS/ Jeremy Scott & Adidas

Sparkles, frills, sequins, leopard print, fringing, neon,
metallic and loads of cool Adidas style. What on earth
could I be talking about other then the great new
collaboration between Jeremy Scott and the classic
sportswear label Adidas. Come and have a peak at the
all new collection by these two creative wonders and see
what you might wear on the treadmills soon enough.

One of my favourite Australian designers is a young
woman by the name of Gail Sorronda. Her designs are
modern, feminine, glamorous and they are even more
fantastic to wear. She is often hailed in the press as 'one
to watch'. With collections containing beautiful dresses,
cat ears and cute elfin like models, I am always excited
to see what she comes out with next.
