FASHION/ Sunday Random Snaps

Because I work at an art store, I love graphic design and art
and I buy lots of design magazines, I am constantly surrounded
by creative ideas, that is why I thought I should dedicate my
latest random snaps to some wonderful fashion photographs
that incorporate artistic materials such as paint, drawing,

MY FAVOURITE THINGS/ Etsy

Since Christmas in on its 'Merry' way, I always like to plan my
shopping trip before it's late and you end up stuck in a crowd
of angry Christmas shoppers and a bag of last minute presents.
I really love the idea of shopping online this year because you can...

1. avoid crowds
2. find something original
3. save a bit of money

My favourite online shop this year is Etsy, which is all hand made
items. I thought I would put together my recent favourites Ive
found and hopefully inspire your holiday shopping







Why: This gorgeous gem headband is perfect for Christmas (and every other day of course) the raised autumn coloured gems add so much warmth and sparkle. It is held together with a lace back




2. Gorgeous and very stylish hand painted little lady in gauche paint. Kris has many more cute fashionable charismatic paintings in her store




3. Alberto is a cute handmade black soft cat with a huge adorable head and a tiny body, he is hand washable, very hugable and has a head that is 'soft like a cushion'




3. 'Make it Work' necklace with an adorable sewing machine, tape measure and phrase. A perfect piece for a design student or for anyone looking for a little inspiration




4. A stylish black and white bow brooch, which would be a nice addition to a dress, cardigan or almost any outfit. It is charming, sweet and really nicely made




5. I've always loved other people's original ideas about pop culture, that is why these lovely mickey mouse rings caught my eye, they are great pastel colours and the perfect size

Here is another collection of interesting individual style from
around the world. From shiny jeans in Sydney, Australia to
cool chic style all the way from Paris, France. For me there
is nothing better then getting style inspiration direct from the
well dressed people on the streets around the globe
