I haven't written a 'my favourite things' post for a while now,
I'm not sure how it got away from me, its always exciting to
share finds with others. This week, my favourite things include
beautiful 1970s headpieces, glittery bird accessories and some
beautiful pieces of clothing. You'll have to click on to see what
I've chosen for this week :)
And here is the rest of it.
Ok so it could be that I have a kitten, or it could just be that I am in love with the unusual, but this ring by jewellery designer Matina Amanita has got me hooked. The quirky theme of a dead cat in armor is an odd one I admit, but still it hold a bit of a story, which I find a lot of jewellery lacks. The look of this ring is big, bright, chunky and adorable, Im sure it would suit almost any type of hand.

All the celebrities have been wearing them, but of course that would not sway my attention. These feathered headbands are not only pretty and look great, they also have this mystical 1970s feel that I really draws me to them. Whether you need to subtly dress up your work outfit or dress up a party dress, I really can't go past these beautiful feathered head pieces.

These shoes by young Australian designer Dion Lee, are everything that I adore in a shoe. They are chunky, strappy, high, platform and a shoe I could imagine in a 1980s pop videoclip. I have a very rare shoe fetish (I know that's hard to believe), but that just means, when I see a shoe I love, I really love and obsess over it. I believe this may just be my new shoes addiction

What could be better then an outfit that not only works for winter as a jumper, but also works in summer as a dress, well maybe this would, something that works for both seasons and has a great design and colour combination. Whether it is matched with stockings, bare legs or leggings, this tunic is modern, fun and cool and sure to make you feel amazing.

Owls, crystals, cute designs, what else could I ever want in a bag? If I had seen this bag when I was a child, Im sure my future career would have been either something to do with birds or bag design, but now I am older, I will just dream of maybe owning this three thousand pound bag... *sigh*

Tis a pity those Dion Lee shoes are so hard to walk in. The poor models at his show were in pain after a few minutes of wearing them. But yeah...they do look amazing.
