I really adore fashion, but one of the things that stands out to
me most, is in fact more of a paint then a piece of clothing, yes,
it is indeed nail polish. When someone is wearing a great outfit
and they match it so perfectly with a cool nail polish colour, it
can be the most effective look and very very eye catching. This
led me to thinking about some of the nail polish that has stood
out to me in my favourite pictures, and that is what this Saturday
random snaps is dedicated to, gorgeous painted nails.

MODEL/ Model Street Style

I love looking at models on the catwalk wearing gorgeously
styled outfits, but the thing I also love, is seeing models
wearing there own clothing on the streets. Having access to
so many amazing labels, it is always interesting to see how
models interpenetrate this mix into their own style, along
with items such as vintage and common non so expensive
ones. Here are a couple of my favourites.

FASHION/ Twentysevennames S/S 10

I saw this collection a couple of minutes ago, and as soon as I
laid eyes on it I knew I had to share it with you. This collection
by New Zealand label Twentysevennames, is called "Jimi James
and the Blue Flames" and full of amazing designs. From
gorgeous black and white lace, white oversized blazers, girly
dresses, pretty leggings and denim jeans with knee pads, its
hard not to look forward to next spring :)

I am a bag lady, I do love shoes, but I am definitely obsessed
and in love with bags. So that is why I have decided to dedicate

FASHION/ Arnsdorf A/W 09

I had to share with you the beautiful new images from fashion
brand Arnsdorf's new collection 'The Dawn'. A moody feeling
of the model in the image, is a great contrast and adds much
depth to their soft sorbet colour pallet. With light pink jeans,
light brown draping material, storm grey jackets and lots of
loose fitting free flowing outfits, it is hard to not crave one of
their amazing designs.

This is an inspiring collection from Melbourne designer, Jade
Sarita Arnott. Jade studied at RMIT in Melbourne and has since
won many awards for her design, she is quickly becoming one
of the top Australian designers.

FASHION/ Bec & Bridge Winter 09

Hot black pants, tops with chains, sparkly dresses, strapless and
very rock'n'roll. These are only a couple of phrases that describe
the latest winter collection by one of my favourite Australian labels
Bec & Bridge. Quickly over the past couple of years, Bec & Bridge
have been catching my eye when Ive been out shopping, after
purchasing piece after piece, it is clear that their designs catch
the eye, fit perfectly and last, which is quite important to me.

A little bit of information behind the label (I always view my blog readers as inquisitive intelligent quick learners, especially regarding fashion) is that it was started in 2003 by friends Becky Cooper and Bridget Yorston :)
